North American owned and operated. We are
a trilingual (Sp. Fr. Eng.) company doing residential
and light commercial construction in the Sothern Zone
of Costa Rica. Our office is located in Ojochal. We
presently have projects in Uvita, Ballena and Ojochal.
We’re the ones that get our hands dirty. Once
we have plans and permits we begin construction.
We build to North American standards. From the composition
of the concrete to the final paint on the walls. We
know how to do it. North American spec septic systems.
